Our team is led by two principals, each with over 20 years’ experience in property development management.
Henry Chiang
Property Development Advisory
Henry has extensive Property Development and Construction Management experience.
He resides in Auckland where he was educated at Saint Kentigern College then Auckland University.
Growing up in a family that is passionate about property development he quickly gained a strong understanding of the key factors that arise in most projects. In the last two decades he has been able to build on his expertise by developing and managing his own construction and land development entities. He also has other business interests outside of property.
Michael Martin
Resourcing Specialist Property and Business
Michael has both property and business expertise developed initially in Banking, then project management teams where his involvement expanded into multiple key areas.
He has worked for a major construction group then various clients on a consulting basis. He also has expertise in the sale & marketing of real estate across all property sectors, including agri-business.
Michael is of Māori descent (Muaūpoko) and can assist clients to collaborate appropriately with local Iwi.
